So often in life we end up running from point A to point B as we move through our day just to get everything on our To Do List done.  Little thought can be given to why we’re doing this or even if we really want to do it.  Life has a habit of catching us and taking us for a ride as we get busy with the daily tasks that fill up our lives.  Taking the kids to school.  Going to work.  Getting groceries and then cooking dinner.  Maybe there’s time for exercise or relaxation.  Whatever your schedule might look like in a particular day, I’m going to guess that for most of you it’s full from morning to evening.

So, what is it like to stop and take care of your own spirit for a few minutes?  What would you do to nurture yourself?  Maybe that means you meditate or just sit quietly by yourself outside.  Maybe exercise is your way to do that nurturing of yourself.  Or maybe, just the idea of nurturing yourself is foreign and you have no idea what that might look like in your life.

If the idea of nurturing your spirit is foreign and you can’t imagine taking time for yourself, then my group program, Navigating Change is for you.  This program is all about change.  That change might be something that you do or even stop doing.  It could be your thoughts or even just your approach to life.  Really, this program supports the process of change no matter what that change needs to be for you.  It’s about giving you some tools to take better care of yourself.  It’s about empowering you to listen to you inner voice that tells you what you really need in life.

When you go through this program, you begin to rediscover what is important to you.  Then you’ll be empowered to make changes that will align with what you decide is most important.  You’ll get the chance to listen to your own intuition and you’ll begin to trust that where you are going in life is the right direction for you.

You might find that all of the daily tasks that you’ve been doing aren’t really what you want out of life.  There might be one or two that you get rid of and one or two new ones that you add on.

If you’ve been living a life filled with anxiety, then you’ll get tools that you can use to live a life filled with less stress and more  peace.  You’ll learn to look at your life through a different filter.  That filter will help you to live with more ease of mind and more clarity.

Taking time out of our busy lives can be difficult.  So many people and obligations pull at us, but taking time for yourself on occasion is vital to your own health and well-being as well.  Nurturing your own spirit on a regular basis is as important as eating well.
