I’ve been there!
I know what it’s like to put other people first and to feel run down emotionally,
physically and spiritually. It doesn’t have to be that way.
While I’m not saying that you have to ignore everyone else around you,
I am saying that you have to take care of your own well-being if you desire to be of service to others.
My Navigating Change group program gives you the tools to rekindle your spirit
and support what’s important to you.
You’ll learn to manage stress and anxiety.
You’ll focus on listening to your own intuition.
You’ll begin to make changes that support you and also those around you.
It’s ok to spend a little time on your own well-being!

Becky, I am crediting your Navigating Change group with an AHA moment I had this week. I listened to my body, became aware of something that wasn’t working for me anymore, and I had the courage to make a change. There was something I was doing that wasn’t lining up with my truth about how I want to live. It might seem silly to some people, but for me, it’s a big deal.

Navigating Change was such an eye-opening experience for me. During this series, I discovered how to work through my anxiety and fears and learned how to heal myself in ways I never looked at as healing before. What stands out to me most isn’t a thing. It’s a feeling; a feeling of peace and calming that I haven’t felt in quite a while. I will definitely start incorporating these practices into my everyday life, and I look forward to new things to come from Becky!
