Types of Information We Collect
We may collect personal information from you, meaning information about you that can uniquely identify you (for example, your name, address, email address, phone number) when you register for the newsletter on the Site or if you otherwise choose to provide us with such information. Peach Blossom Yoga Therapy uses third-party payment processing services such as PayPal and Square to process payment transactions initiated on the Site. If you make a purchase on the Site, such third-party processors may collect or receive certain personal information about you, including, but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, expiration date, and other payment details. We recommend that you read such third parties’ terms and conditions and privacy policies so that you understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these service providers.
We offer you the following choices about the information we collect from you and how we communicate with you:

Children Under the Age of 13
The Site is not directed to, and Peach Blossom Yoga Therapy does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Peach Blossom Yoga Therapy is based in the State of South Carolina in the United States. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United States. The countries in which we process information may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you are located. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.
