I’ve been teaching yoga for over 14 years and I know a few tips and tricks at this point.
I believe that there is a yoga practice for everyone!
If you have special considerations, then we will make adjustments.
If you have an injury, then we can work around it.
You want to be more flexible, have better balance and feel stronger and together we can work towards your goals.
Like so many things, it will take some practice to have the flexibility, balance and strength that you desire.
But, it is possible!
In your first session, we’ll discuss your goals and injuries. Then I’ll design a plan for you to follow at home.
It doesn’t take weeks or months to begin to see results.
Most of my clients begin to notice small differences right away. It’s those small changes that excite me the most. if it’s easier for you to put on your shoes or get up off of the floor after playing with your kids or grandkids, then your life is so much better already.
